WINDER, Ga. (AP) - Authorities have declared the death of a man whose body was found entombed in concrete in the back yard of a northeast Georgia home a homicide.
Winder police Officer Chris Cooper says medical examiners were able to make that determination because of the number and location of the man's injuries. The autopsy revealed that the man died of blunt force trauma to the head about a month ago.
Cooper said authorities still haven't definitively identified the body. But police in Winder and in Pensacola, Fla., have said they believe the remains belong to Sean Dugas of Pensacola, who had been reported missing.
Georgia authorities have arrested 31-year-old twins Christopher and William Cormier. They face charges of concealing a death. It wasn't known whether they have attorneys.
