Starting on Friday, July 1, Georgia will raise the age limit for children to sit in car booster seats from 6 to 8.

Children who are 4 feet 9 inches or taller will be exempt from the law.

Harris Blackwood and Andrew Turnage with the Governor's Office of Highway Safety joined us in the studio to talk about the importance of the law and they also showed us how a booster seat should fit your child.
