An incident report released by Bibb County schools Tuesday night says seven teens were arrested and charged with an alleged rape at Northeast High School.

The school dstrict released a copy of the report around 7 p.m. Tuesday evening, 12 days after the alleged rape.

Many details are blacked out in the report, which contains few details not already released by Macon police and the Bibb County magistrate court.

The document says the alleged rape happened between 2 and 3:10 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 19 in a boys' restroom at Northeast

It says the rape was reported the following day, Friday, January 20 around 6 p.m.

According to the document, seven were arrested in all; three of them are juveniles ages 15, 15, and 14. The juveniles' names were not released.

Last week, arrest warrants showed that these four were charged: Greg L. Watkins, 17; Antonio Deaundry Jackson, 18; Jimmie Lee McKnight, 17, and Ashley J. Clark, 17.

All four are in the Bibb County jail, charged with rape.

The report does not describe the alleged rape or the investigation. Bibb County Supt. Romain Dallemand declined to answer questions about the investigation at a news conference on Tuesday, and campus police chief Stephanie Prater has not returned phone calls from 13WMAZ.
