Georgia College Athletics and the school's chapter of the Gamma Sigma Sigma sorority hosted Miracle League Day. The groups teamed up to raise money and awareness for a special-needs team in Macon.

Sorority members passed the hat to collect donations and cooked up some baseball favorites like hamburgers and hot dogs.

Kevin Keuhn plays first base on Macon's Miracle League team. The team is funded through donations like the ones raised at Miracle League Day.

Kevin's dad, Keith Keuhn says his son loves to play ball. "Being able to participate in a league of their own and that's baseball on a special field for them so wheelchair-bound special-needs kids can play along with the other typical needs kids." says Keuhn.

Georgia College's Gamma Sigma Sigma's event raised more than five hundred dollars for the Miracle League of Macon.
