Monday, the NCAA slammed Penn State with an unprecedented series of penalties.

The two biggest include a $60 million fine, and the loss of all of Coach Joe Paterno's victories from 1998 to 2011.

The punishment comes after the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal.
