If you've walked by the Bibb County Courthouse lately, you may have noticed a "green" new addition.
A GE charging station designed for electric cars made its debut as one of the first in the Macon area.
Bibb County spokesman Kevin Barrere tells 13WMAZ that the charging station is for anyone with an electric vehicle, not just for county vehicles.
The county, he says, is waiting on a sign to be installed and will offer more information then.
