Bibb County voters flocked to the polls Friday for the last day of early voting. Primary Day is Tuesday.
Around lunchtime Friday, the line at the Board of Elections office stretched out the door.
Once voters made it inside and to the voting machine, it was about a 45 minute wait.
Elections Supervisor Elaine Carr said she saw a "very good" turnout during the three weeks of early voting. Carr said, "Weve got them lined-up out the door. That's the first time it's happened in the 21 day voting period. Yesterday, we had about 700 voters in there. Today, we might meet 900."
Carr said about 6,800 people came out to vote early for the primary election.
Polls will be open Tuesday from 7 a.m until 7 p.m.
