The Georgia State Patrol is investigating a car accident that killed one man, and injured another.

According to Pulaski County Coroner Charles Young, 82-year-old Walker P. Dominy died when his white pickup truck collided with a black pickup truck on Highway 26 west of Hawkinsville.

Young couldn't remember the name of the other driver, but said he was injured, but the injuries were not life threatening.

Young says it happened around 2 p.m.
