Voters in two Central Georgia counties head back to the polls Tuesday -- one for a runoff, one to settle a tie vote.
People in Taylor County will vote again on a county commissioner's race, because the first race ended in an apparent tie.
The Georgia Secretary of States's office says incumbent Jerry Albritton, a Republican, and challenger Russell Pounds, a Democrat, each drew 343 votes on Nov. 6.
Also Tuesday, Wilcox County voters are expected to pick a sheriff.
Five candidates ran for sheriff and the top two, Mike Martin and Lonnie Curry, will meet in a runoff. Martin, a Republican, got 44 percent of the vote Tuesday; Curry got 37 percent.
Their polls are also open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
