Unemployment Ticks Up to 7.9 Percent

(WASHINGTON) -- The economy added 157,000 jobs in January and the unemployment rate edged up to 7.9 percent, the Labor Department reported Friday morning. 

CBS News reports 12.3 million Americans are still out of work.
