Dodge County has gotten reports of down trees on three streets and at least one street is out of power, according to EMA Director Stanley Stephens.
Crews advise the people in Dodge County to hunker down.
The county has called for a voluntary evacuation for people who live in mobile homes and/or trailers.
Stephens say they have seen a lot of damage before and they are asking that the people of Dodge County get to a safe shelter while they can.
"We've seen too many mobile houses tied down; we feel safer, and they will too," Stephen said.
There are 16 safe shelters open in Dodge County for Irma evacuees and people who live in mobile homes.
