Film about Neil Armstrong starring Ryan Gosling to film at Ga. Fairgrounds in Perry

Ladies, if you thought your Birkin bag was expensive, it doesn't compare to astronaut Neil Armstrong's lunar bag.

A film starting Ryan Gosling is scheduled to shoot in Central Georgia next week.  According to a permit from the City of Perry the movie, "First Man" will film scenes Nov. 20-21 near the Georgia National Fairgrounds.

According to the Internet Movie Database (IMDB) the movie is based on the life of Neil Armstrong. He was the first human to walk on the moon. IMDB says Gosling will play Armstrong in the film.

On a map in the permit the production crew plans to film a sequence titled LLTV. According to NASA LLTV stands for Lunar Landing Training Vehicle. On May 6 1968 Armstrong crashed piloting a LLTV.

The map has points out a crash site, a burn location, and a place Neil will be dragged. The map also shows the location of two cranes that could be used during filming.

Crews are already in town setting up according to the permit. Filming will take place between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. The production crew plans to be cleaned up by Nov. 22.

The permit does not say if Gosling will be in Perry or any other stars.
