Grand jury indicts 15 people after Central Georgia drug bust

15 INDICTED IN CENTRAL GEORGIA DRUG BUST - A Bibb County grand jury indicted 15 people Tuesday in an 118-count indictment.

The indictments stem from multiple drug offenses including drug trafficking charges, sale and purchase of cocaine ,and illegal use of cell phones.

The 15 accused were arrested earlier this year after a drug bust that involved multiple agencies. 

According to the Bibb County Sheriff's office, an investigation began in June 2015 after officials received tips that two suspects were dealing drugs out of two home in Macon. 

Those drugs were allegedly distributed in Bibb County as well as Jones and Wilkinson counties.
