Macon man shot while walking

A Macon man is recovering in the hospital after being shot in the knee Sunday morning.

According to a news release, 26-year-old Terry Glover III was walking near the corner of Houston Avenue and Hightower Road around 5 a.m. when he heard gunshots.

Glover was hit once in his right leg, just below the knee.

He was taken to the Medical Center, Navicent Health where he is listed in stable condition.

No one else was injured.
