The death of a Macon 5-month-old in April has been ruled a homicide.
That's according to Bibb County coroner Leon Jones.
He said Alexander Carr was not breathing and in cardiac arrest when an ambulance arrived at his Cypress Drive Home on April 20th.The child later died at Medical Center Navicent Health.
Jonessays the GBI's autopsy showed the child died from blows to his head, chest and abdomen.
So far, there is no word on any charges in the case.
The death is Bibb's 21st homicide of the year.
