UPDATE: Macon woman accused of shooting boyfriend, arrested

UPDATE: Jarald Corbin died from his injuries Sunday morning at Navicent Health, five days after the shooting. The Bibb County Sheriff's Office is expected to add to Mack's charges.

A Macon woman was arrested Monday after allegedly shooting her boyfriend in the shoulder.

According to a Bibb County Sheriff's Office news release, 42-year-old Lisa Michelle Mack was arguing with her boyfriend, Jerald Corbin, over another woman. During the argument, Mack reportedly shot Corbin in the right shoulder. Corbin is listed in stable condition at a local hospital, the release states.

Mack was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, according to the release. Her bond is set at $22,400.
