Man charged with shooting at Cordele officer

Quotavious Cochran is wanted for shooting at an officer during a traffic stop Monday

The man accused of shooting at a Cordele Police officer in mid-November has been arrested, according to a news release.

Quotavious Cochran, a 26-year-old Macon County resident, allegedly shot at Ptl. Brian Lewis during a traffic stop around 4 a.m. on Nov. 13.

The release says Cochran was arrested around 10:45 a.m. Tuesday in Greenville, South Carolina, without incident.

Cochran is currently in the Greenville County Detention Center.
