We whipped up one of the many recipes sent to us by our viewers, a peach cobbler sent by Kaneisha Miller.

Here's Kaneisha's peach cobbler:
1 cup margarine
1 cup milk
1 cup self-rising flour (sifted)
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 cups fresh peaches sliced
Place peaches in a bowl, sprinkle with 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Melt margarine in an 8X12 inch dish. Mix milk, flour, and sugar, add to the melted margarine. Add peaches, but do not stir. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes or until browning is noted. Serve warm with ice cream.
