GABBAfest, Georgia Allman Brothers Band Association, celebrates the band's 40th anniversary this weekend.
GABBAfest is a time for Allman Brothers fans to come together to celebrate and remember the band.
About 200 people are expected to attend the weekend's events.
As part of the weekend festival, fans got to see the Allman Brothers' house, before renovations are complete.
People took a tour of the house where the Allman Brothers lived for about three years during the 1970s.
In each room, people viewed pictures of what the room will look like when renovations are finished.
GABBA President Greg Potter says this is a chance for Allman Brothers fans to see a part of history.
Potter says the band has meant so much to so many people over the years.
He says they've had people come to GABBAfest from Germany, Croatia, Australia, and all over the world.
He says it is a place where you all get together, meet and tell your stories about the Allman Brothers.
The Allman Brothers house, known as The Big House on Vineville Avenue, will be open to the public in December.
