Central Georgians got a chance to interact with robots and use scientific gadgets Saturday afternoon.
It's all part of NASA Day at Wesleyan College.
NASA Day marks the end of a week-long Girl Scout STEM Camp focusing in science, technology, engineering and math.
Friends and families enjoyed a hands-on day filled with science and technology related activities.
They got a chance to watch astronomy demonstrations, check out exhibits and interact with a NASA rover robot.
As part of camp activities this week, the Girl Scouts made pencil rockets, showed phases of the moon with Oreo cookies and built robots out of cans.
Girl Scout Camp organizer Michelle Hailey says it's all about getting the girls interested in science careers.
"Trying to improve the numbers, to increase our girls' interest in these fabulous careers in the future," said Hailey.
