Bill has weakened to a tropical storm as of 5am this morning. The storm will continue to fall apart as it moves off to the northeast into even cooler waters. This is the last advisory that the National Hurricane Center will issue on this storm.
Elsewhere the tropics are relatively quiet, however, there is an area of disturbed weather over 400 miles east of the Leeward Islands. At this point, there is not much confidence that this system will develop further, but we'll continue to watch it.
