A Culloden man faces charges of sexually abusing several teenage girls after giving them drugs and alcohol.

According to a news release from the Monroe County sheriff's office, Randy Bill Hay faces the following charges: four counts of aggravated child molestation and one count each of child molestation, statutory rape, sexual exploitation of a child and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Investigators raided his home on Aug. 31 and arrested him later that day, the news release says.

The sheriff's department says Hay, who is 52, gave several teenage girls drugs and alcohol and sexually abused them, sometimes while recording the abuse. The charges took place over a period of two years.

Hay is being held in the Monroe County Jail without bond, the news release says.

Allison Selman-Willis of the Monroe sheriff's office would describe the circumstances and said the case is still being investigated.

Anyone with information on the case can call the sheriff's department at 478-994-7048.
