A Kathleen man is charged with raping a 17-year-old and providing alcohol to four minors.

James S. Fisher Sr. was arrested Tuesday, according to a Warner Robins police arrest report.

He's charged with rape, a felony, and furnishing alcoholic beverages to minors and contributing to the delinquency of minors, both misdemeanors.

Warner Robins police Major John Wagner says the charges stem from a party on Sept. 20.

Fisher, 31 years old, works in the operations department of the Robins Air Force Base Fire Department, according to the report.

He's being held without bail in the Houston County jail.
