Butts County Sheriff Gene Pope says one of his deputies spotted the the car on Highway 18 near Highway 87 around 12:30 p.m.

Sheriff Pope says two people are in custody, and they may have dropped off a third person at a location in Monroe County.

Pope says they have issued a search warrant for an address in Clayton County that was found in the car.

He says Concepcion and Sowell are suspects in the string of burglaries in several counties.
