Escaped Inmate Back in Crawford Co. Jail

An escaped inmate from Crawford County is back in jail.

According to a Crawford County Sheriff's Office news release, David Morris Jr., 36, was caught at a home on Tidwell Road in Bibb County Wednesday evening.

According to the release, Morris was serving a 90-day sentence for a violation probation. Morris was on the run for a week.

The release says Morris is back at the Crawford County Jail.
