A Houston County jury found a Warner Robins man not guilty in a 2007 murder.
Mario Harris was accused of stabbing a man in the Buffalo's parking lot on Watson Boulevard back in December 2007.
But assistant district attorney Jason Ashford says the jury cleared him Friday morning on all counts.
He was accused of killing Stephen Register after the two men reportedly argued in the parking lot.
Police say friends took Register to the Houston County Medical Center where he died the following day.
Harris was cleared after a week-long trial in Houston County Superior Court.
His lawyer, Franklin Hogue, said the jury heard Harris' testify that he acted in self defense.
He said Harris was assaulted "three on one at 10:30 at night in a dark parking lot by three men he didn't know." The three men continued to press Harris even after he showed his knife and warned them, he said.
Hogue said the fight happened after Harris intervened in an argument between his half-sister and her boyfriend.
