A Bibb County grand jury on Tuesday charged a Macon man with killing a waitress last year and burning her body.

Gregory Miller is accused of felony murder and concealing a death in last year's killing of Melissa Rushing.

In August 2008, a logging crew found her body in a brush fire by the side of an east Macon road. An autopsy found that she died of blunt-force trauma.

Investigators identified her by fingerprints. Miller and a second man are accused of dumping her body in the woods.

Miller is being held without bail in the Bibb County jail.
