Sheriff's deputies say comedian Katt Williams will not be charged with an alleged kidnapping incident involving a 17-year-old boy.

The teen called 911 last Tuesday night claiming Williams was
holding him against his will at the Newnan estate where he is
staying while in town filming a movie.

Coweta Sheriff's Office Maj. Mike Kinsey said authorities
weren't able to substantiate the boy's claims. The unidentified boy told the 911 operator that Williams had threatened "to beat me up" if he left the mansion.

The 38-year-old Williams was arrested there Sunday night on
charges he broke into a guest home and stole thousands of dollars worth of jewelry and coins. He's free on $41,150 bond.
