Atlanta rockers Death on Two Wheels struck south to the Scene 13 studio to preview their gig at the Hummingbird this Saturday night.
They classify their music as indie rock, but DO2W has a definite 70's vibe going on as well. Lead singer Trae Vedder says it's because the band's influences include Creedence Clearwater, Zeppelin and Black Sabbath.
These guys are true rockers, so when we asked Vedder to rate the DO2W'S loudness factor on a 1 to 10 scale, he responded, "Eleven."
Though they tempered their sound down for us and played an acoustic set, the guys of Death on Two Wheels won't hold back at the Hummingbird in downtown Macon this Saturday night. They hit the stage between 9:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Stay tuned to Scene 13 for more on this up-and-coming band...
