3rd Man Charged in East Macon Murder

A third man has been arrested in connection with a December 2nd murder in east Macon.

Travis Briscoe was murdered on December 2nd at 1163 Boulevard.

A news release from the Macon Police Department says Devontay Wilson of Cochran was arrested Thursday by the Southeastern Regional Fugitive Task Force.

Khirhy Simmons and Christopher Brown have also been arrested and charged in the death.

 

The Southeastern Regional Fugitive Task Force apprehended Devontay Wilson in Cochran, Georgia. Wilson was wanted for the murder of Travis Briscoe.  Briscoe was murdered on December 2, 2009 at 1163 Boulevard. Wilson was the third person wanted in the murder of Briscoe and follows the prior arrests of co-defendants Khirhy Simmons and Christopher Brown.
