Bradenton, Florida (WTSP) - 30-year-old Melinda Brinling of Sarasota claims professional golfer Tiger Woods fathered her 9-year-old son, Austin.
On June 18 she filed a petition at the Manatee County Courthouse to determine the paternity of her son, even though she doesn't have custody of the boy.
In court documents she claims to have had sex with Woods in the Crescent Beach area which is south of St. Augustine. She writes that the encounter took place at the end of March, 2000. In the records which were filed with the Manatee County Clerk's office, she asks for a paternity test, child support and all medical fees associated with the birth of her son, Austin.
Her manager, Gina Rodriquez, of D D Entertainment Management Group out of Tarzana, California says Melinda has no comment but we've learned the porn star plans to tell all during a "Mistresses on Tour" event to be held during an adult entertainment convention in Chicago July 16, 17 and 18.
Brinling is one of six women scheduled to take part in the tour. Brinling, Joslyn James and Holly Sampson are all expected to talk about their alleged affairs with Woods.

Brinling is a porn star. Her stage name is Devon James. She is currently married to Nick Jannette and uses her married name, Melinda Jannette, in court documents. Previous records show her maiden name Brinling.
Melinda does not have legal custody of her son Austin and she admits it in court documents that he lives with her mother and father. The two have legally adopted Austin.
Brinling describes her mother, Sandra Brinling, in court records as "A person that i truly feel is incompatant (sp) and uncapable of raising him."
But court documents 10 Connects News has obtained show the paternity of Austin was already determined back in 2002 through a DNA test that shows another man, Pele Watkins, is a 99.99 % match as Austin's father. That information is also filed in court documents with the Manatee County Courthouse.
Meanwhile, 56-year-old Sandra Brinling says her daughter is a pathological liar who is motivated by money. She says she can't believe she's attempting to extort money from Tiger Woods when she hasn't paid any child support for Austin or her two young daughters from a previous marriage to John Caso.
