Daniel Franz, 22; Justin Mosley, 21; and Raphael Arnold, 19, remain in the Houston County jail without bond. Franz and Mosley have been charged with entering an auto, obstruction of an officer and theft by receiving a stolen vehicle. Arnold has been charged with party to the crime of entering an auto and theft by receiving a stolen vehicle.
