'South Park' took on Kaepernick's protest

And, right on cue, South Park arrives.

Comedy Central's South Park has never been a show to shy away from social issues and the NFL. Wednesday's episode was no exception.

The show teased that it would take on Colin Kaepernick's protest during the national anthem on Monday.

When the episode aired Wednesday, Kaepernick's protest spread from the NFL to elementary school sports. It was a hilarious jab at the over-the-top media coverage Kaepernick's action of kneeling has received rather than the actual message and conversation he's trying to promote.
