There's still time to vote during early voting and a lot of you have been.   In this week's Get Answers, 13WMAZ's  Jennifer Moulliet answers a question many of you are asking about the order of the names on the ballot.

A lot of you have asked us why Governor Mitt Romney's name is listed first on the ballot in Georgia.  According to Georgia's Secretary of State, Brian Kemp, a law passed in 1986 says that whatever political party gets the most votes for governor in the most recent race has its candidate listed first on the ballot.

Because Governor Nathan Deal is a Republican,  Governor Romney's name is before President Obama's on the Presidential ballot.

He says that's also why President Clinton's name was listed above President Bush's on the ballot in 1992.

He says his office isn't being partisan and they follow the letter of the law when it comes to everything including the elections.
