CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. -- Another day, another really cool video from NASA!
The video is of a water flow test done Wednesday at the Kennedy Space Center. According to NASA, the high-speed water flow will help protect vessels from extreme temperatures during ignition and liftoff.
NASA says 450,000 gallons of water were used in the test on Launch Pad 39B. At its peak, the water reached about 100 feet above the launch pad.
