Fla. man threatens to shoot McDonald's worker over order

PORT RICHEY, Fla. -- A man ordering his food from the McDonald's located at 8527 US 19 drive through became indignant after there was an issue with his order on Friday.

According to the Port Richey Police Department, Stephan Janicki got out of his car and ran to the window of the drive-through, threatening bodily harm with a tire iron to the McDonald's worker at the window. He then stuck his hand into the window and shouted at the employee, threatening to "crack him."

He returned a little white later with a semi-automatic handgun in one hand and ammo in another, threatening further violence.

Janicki has two aggravated assault charges, one with a tire iron and the other with a firearm.
