Pamela Moss, who's accused of killing a Henry County businessman earlier this year, is set to go to trial the week of October 22. That's according to Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit District Attorney Fred Bright.

Moss allegedly killed William Douglas "Doug "Coker between March 13 and 18 of this year, Bright said.

He said they are not seeking the death penalty in the case.

If found guilty, he said Moss could face life in prison without parole.

Bright expects the trial to last about a week.
