BEIRUT (AP) - Several bombs have gone off inside a school in the Syrian capital -- a building that activists say was being used by regime forces as a security headquarters.

An initial report on state media said seven people were wounded.

One activist says government forces have used the school as a base from which to fire mortars at rebellious neighborhoods.
