Bogota, Colombia (Sports Network) - Jim Renner fired a 6-under 65 on Friday to
grab a share of the lead through two rounds of the Colombia Championship.
Bhavik Patel shot 66, while B.J. Staten and D.J. Brigman both turned in 67s to
join Renner atop the leaderboard at 8-under 134 through 36 holes at the
Country Club of Bogota's Fundadores Course.
Renner made the largest move of the current co-leaders, leaping from a tie for
26th place behind his bogey-free round.
Patrick Cantlay (68), Steve Wheatcroft (69), Edward Loar (69) and Shane
Bertsch (70) share fifth place at 7-under.
