Linda's Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

3 lbs thinly sliced Russet potatoes

1 medium onion thinly sliced

1/2 stick of real butter cut into pats

1 cup of half and half

3 tablespoons of flour

1 teaspoon Nature's Seasoning

1/2 teaspoon fresh chopped rosemary

Layer potato slices, then onion slices and top with pats of butter in casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.  Mix flour with half and half, Nature's Seasoning, and rosemary and pour over potato layers.  Bake at 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

This dish can easily be made into an au gratin recipe by adding shredded cheese in between the layers
