SMYRNA, Ga. (AP) - Police in metro Atlanta say they've arrested a man accused of performing medical exams without a license.

Smyrna police officer Michael Smith told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (http://bit.ly/10xfU3T) 47-year-old Patrick Ogbebor is charged with practicing medicine without a license, aggravated sexual battery and sexual battery.

Authorities say Ogbebor, of Douglasville, became the target of an investigation in February after a woman told police he touched her inappropriately during an immigration physical. Police say Ogbebor told the woman he needed to perform breast and pelvic exams despite the woman's objections.

Police say Ogbebor was arrested Friday and is being held without bail in the Cobb County Jail. Authorities say there may be additional victims and it is unclear if Ogbebor has an attorney.

Smyrna is about 15 miles northwest of downtown Atlanta.
