It's a highly intense workout and sport that is gaining popularity all across the U.S. and has landed in the International city.

Shawn Dubois is the owner and operator of Prime Cross Fit in Warner Robins. It's a new gym that specializes in the Crossfit strength and conditioning exercise program.
Crossfit workouts are typically short and intense while combining movements of sprinting, rowing, jumping rope and weightlifting.

What's also unique about this exercise is that a routine can vary from day to day and there is a national contest where athletes compete every year for top prize. 

Dubois adds, "It's exploded down here. In Atlanta there are 51 gyms and here maybe 2 or 3 in Macon or Warner Robins. Crossfit is universally scalable so we can modify for any persons need. Any size, any shape, any age. Anybody can do crossfit."
