It was just a normal practice on Monday for the Central Fellowship baseball team, but the Lancers know a lot is on the line at their next game.

"It's a real big deal for us," said junior Justin Skinner.  "This probably could decide who finishes first or second in the region."

Central Fellowship sits in a three-way tie for first in the region with Gatewood and Windsor at 6-1.  The Lancers travel to Windsor Tuesday night.

"Windsor is a rival of course," explained head coach Josh McLendon.  "I'd be lying if I said they weren't, but at the same time it's just another game and it's a game we need to win because it's the next game on the schedule."

CFCA dropped the first meeting with the Knights, but they are ready for round two.

"It's not so much pressure that we have on us," said senior Shaw Doolittle.  "It's more like we have that desire and we know we can beat them and we want to go out and get the job done."

Game time Tuesday at Windsor is set for six.
