Tuesday night was the final regular season game for the Windsor baseball team.  The Knights honored their seniors and sent one to the next level.

Caleb Shipp signed a letter of intent to play college ball at Southern Union State Community College in Alabama.  Shipp will play outfield for the Bisons.

"It's definitely a huge day," said Shipp.   "It's a big accomplishment. Something I've been wanting to do my whole life and for it to just come together right it feels great. This is a great program. They've got a good school down there and they've got a good coach."

Shipp smashed a three-run homer in the second inning as the Knights defeated Flint River 12-2.

Windsor pitcher John Whitsel set a new school record with 29 career wins.
