The Atlanta Braves are cutting the cost of ballpark food for many season-ticketholders in 2012.
In a news release, the Braves announced a 33% concession discount to anyone holding season-ticket plans of 20 games or more.
Alcohol is not included in the deal.
The discount applies to food bought at fixed concession stands -- not from roving vendors in the stands -- and will not apply at the 755 Club, Chop House, or Georgia's Own Credit Union Club.
The discount will apply to food ordered from waiters in the premium-seating areas.
The discount will be activated by a barcode on each ticket.
The Braves said examples of the discounts are a savings of $1.50 on a 22-ounce soda and more than $2.50 off on a brisket sandwich or a large order of French fries.
