Wilcox head football coach Mark Ledford said Marshall enrolled at Garden City Community College in Kansas on Tuesday.
The move comes less than a week after Marshall was dismissed from the Georgia football program for violating team rules.
Ledford said Marshall could play quarterback at Garden City.
He played defensive back and on special teams last season at Georgia as a true freshman.
