Twenty-four schools from across the state gathered at Mercer University today.  The girls basketball teams met up to get some extra practice in over the off season. 

"We kind of just match up skill and so forth, " said head women's basketball coach Susie Gardner.  "We've got a state champion and a final four team here, so its been great competition."

Each team will play three games Friday and three games Saturday. 

"We've got private schools and public schools, so we're just trying to get people on our campus, " said Gardner.
