The final round of the Honors Championship teed off at Healy Country Club Sunday morning. Lee Gerdes and Taylor Jernigan started the day in first place at -6. Two shots behind them were Mercer golfer Thomas Holmes and Cole Tidwell.
Each year the tournament honors someone in Middle Georgia for their contributions to the golf world. This year it was WMAZ's Frank Malloy.
At the end of the day Sunday Gerdes and Jernigan finished where they started, in first place.
