The FPD girls soccer team is back in midseason championship form starting off their season 7-0.

Led by 4 seniors including all state standout Atalia Ramirez, the Lady Vikings have yet to allow a goal this season while netting 39 of their own.

Coach Josh Trieste praises team chemistry and strong defense after losing 7 contributing players from last year's state title defending squad.

In GHSA action over the past two seasons  the Vikes are 27-0 suffering only one loss to Ft. Mill , North Carolina who they face this coming Friday in an out of state tournament.

Next Tuesday, the Lady Vikings return home to host Pacelli.
