***The Central Ga Tech Lady Cougars win their third game in a row, and seventh in the last eight. Led by freshman standout Ta'Kierra Gibbs with 24 points, 9 rebounds, and 6 steals. Gibbs also shot 50% from the field going 8 for 16. The Putnam County High School Standout is averaging 1.5 points and 6.1 rebounds per game for the season. CGTC center LaKeisha Beasley had her third consecutive double double with 10 points and 13 rebounds. Amber Howell added 12 points as the Lady Cougars beat the Albany Tech Lady Titans 71-66. The Lady Cougars improve to 8-3 on the season and 4-2 in conference play. The Lady Cougars are sitting firmly in third place in their division behind Darton College and Ga Highlands who the Lady Cougars lost to earlier this season 71-69. The Lady Cougars will face Middle Ga Tech on Saturday December 8th at 2 PM at the Cougar Gymnasium at 1931 Rocky Creek Rd. in Macon.
###The Central Ga Tech Cougars break a three game losing streak by beating Albany Tech 58-57. The Cougars had four that scored in double figures. Tobiasz Hose and Tyler Kendrick both scored 10 points, Earl Farnum had 12 and the Cougars were led by Nicholas Paul (London, England) who scored 14 points and added 6 rebounds. The Cougars will face Middle Ga Tech on Saturday December 8th at 4 Pm at the Cougar Gymnasium at 1931 Rocky Creek Rd.
